I think my B Hamorii is freezing

I forgot to turn on my space heater today for a few hours (it was -2 degrees outside) and now my mexican red knee looks frosted and is moving very slow… should I freak out??? I’ve since turned on the heater in the room and covered her cage to keep the warmth, but I’m not sure what else to do- help!!!
